Best of Cambodia off-road adventure by motorcycle to the northeast, you will have much more fun with these off-road trails, as much as camping and boat ride experiences.It is advisable to join a reputable motorbike tour operator in Cambodia to ensure a safe and well-organized experience. - Please be aware that flight time, hotels, and all other logistics, services, and days of travel are subject to availability. If the listed hotels are fully booked, alternate accommodation will be offered. All hotel ratings are according to the local accreditation authority.

- Our company reserves the right to apply a surcharge (up to 45 days before the departure) in the sole cause of an increase in Governmental Tax/Fees and/or Fuel Costs. The surcharge is applicable to any bookings where the full balance has not been paid yet.

- Travel insurance is recommended for all our trips. Your Travel Insurance should cover trip cancellation and medical and helicopter evacuation.

Day 1:  Siem Reap – Kulen 

At 08.00 am, meet at our motorcycle shop, and get a briefing on safety and riding trail conditions. You are also required to sign the released form and make the deposit of USD 500 per rider to guarantee the motorcycle damages.

Start riding our motorcycle through the countryside road for a bit then we get into the off-road enjoy the jungle rails and ride up to the top of Kulen Mountain Hills. Lunch at the local restaurant on the top of the hill, then we continue to ride on the Kulen Mountain Ranges to explore the hidden temples (Srah Damrei, Peung Tbal, and Prasat Krom…) from the early 9th century because this mountain was the first capital city of the Khmer Empire. At about 4 pm we return to the main spot to visit 1000 lingas, and the biggest waterfall before riding to our campsite for dinner and overnight. 

Enjoy swimming in the river at the campsite.

Note: Dinner is not included, our guide will assist you to order some good food from the campsite, all costs for dinner and drinks are on your own account.

Day 2: Kulen – Sraem of Preah Vihear  
We will start to ride our motorcycle early morning and get breakfast at the local restaurant at Kbal Spean. Then we continue for an easy ride on the paved road to Anlong Veng to visit Ta Mok’s house (Ta Mok was the general commander of the Khmer Rouge in the 1990s), take some time to learn more about the Khmer Rouge and the civil war of Cambodia from 1979 to 1999. After lunch at the local restaurant, we will continue to ride to visit Preah Vihear Temple on the top of Phnom Dangrek which is close to the Thailand border. We will overnight at one of the hotels in a small town called Sraem.

Dinner is on your own, our guide will recommend one of the best local restaurants for your dinner

Day 3: Sraem of Preah Vihear – Preah Romkel

Breakfast at the hotel. We start to ride our motorcycle on the dirt road and get off-road sometimes from Saraem to Choam Ksant, Robonh, and stop for lunch at the local restaurant in Kampong Sralau (a small village at Laos border along the Mekong River). And then we will continue to ride to visit the biggest Sopheakmit Waterfall before we reach Preah Romkel Community Eco Tourism Base for an overnight at homestay.  Dinner is on your own

Day 4: Preah Romkel – Siem Pang – Banlung

After breakfast, we load our motorcycles on a local boat to ride across the Mekong River to the other side and take a quick stop at Laos Village to get a cup of Lao coffee before we continue to ride our motorcycle to Siem Pang. Then wil continue to ride further with some river crossing by boat before we reach Banlung City, the city center of Ratanakiri.

Note: In the wet season (July to early November) the rivers may be flooded with high levels of water, and we may ride another road longer to Banlung from Stung Treng. On arrival at Banluong, take one round ride on the outskirt to stop at Yakloam Lake before we get to our hotel for check-in and relaxation.

Day 5: Banlung of Ratanakiri – Senmonorom of Mondulkiri

After breakfast, we ride to Senmonorom through the deep jungle and mountainous trails. We will stop to visit the Bosra Waterfall before arriving in the town of Mondulkiri, Sen Monorom. We will cross the Srepok River at Lumphat – a town that was heavily bombed during the Vietnam War due to its significant location on the infamous Ho Chi Minh Trail. Dinner is on your own, our guide will recommend one good restaurant for you.

Day 6: Mondulkiri – Free day

Breakfast at the hotel.

Today – we get one day free at leisure, relax, and enjoy the pool at the resort.

1/ Jungle walking to watch elephants and get elephant wash (own account)

2/ Day a day trip trekking to Keo Seima Wild Sanctuary to watch the birds and gibbons (own account)

Day 7: Mondulkiri – Kratie

Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy the easy ride on paved road for the first 50% of the road, our guide will get you to ride through the jungle trials, off-road before reaching Prek Kampi at the Mekong River of Kratie where we will take the boat ride for about 45 minutes to spot the Mekong Irrawaddy Dolphins. Continue to ride to our hotel in the city center of Kratie. Dinner is on your own

Day 8: Kratie – Kampong Thom

Breakfast at the hotel. We start along the Mekong River, and then cross to the west side of the Mekong on another ferry and spend the rest of the day riding a mix of red dirt roads, excellent trails, and the occasional short section of paved roads through small towns. We will visit the lost temple of Preah Kampong Svay upon arrival, it is very ruined and built in the 12th century under the reign of King Jayavarman VII.  Dinner (own your own account) and overnight with a local family in this remote village.

Day 9: Kampong Thom – Siem Reap

After breakfast, we will start riding straight through the jungle trails and passing many small hidden temples. And get the stop to have lunch at the local restaurant in Kvao. Then we continue to ride on a good red dirt and village road to Siem Reap. Dinner and accommodation are not included.
